Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Netlify delivers the website through a global delivery network. Personal data may therefore also be processed in the USA and other countries. Transfers rely on the provider’s data protection safeguards (standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
When you visit the website, the host processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and browser type. This data is used to deliver and secure the website and is deleted according to the host’s policies. We do not analyse it.
Contact by email
If you email us, we only use your details to handle your enquiry. Email is processed by the operator’s email provider.
The game KILL THE KING
The game runs entirely in your browser and transmits no game data. If you switch the language in the game, this setting is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key “cg-ktk-lang”). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
The Free Oath RPG (development build)
The RPG runs in your browser. Game progress is stored locally in your browser so you can continue later. We do not operate game accounts or receive your save files. You can delete local game data in your browser settings.
Public game feedback
Below the RPG, you can publish a name or nickname and a message without registering. Both and the posting time appear publicly and remain visible until the post is removed. Posts are stored by our hosting provider Netlify. We do not ask for an email address or store an IP address in the post; the provider processes technical access data and limits frequent submissions. Please do not publish personal details. To request removal of a post, contact us at the email address above.
Link to Instagram
The footer contains a plain link to our Instagram profile. No content, fonts, scripts or tracking pixels from Instagram are loaded unless you click that link. Clicking it takes you off this website; the privacy terms of Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) apply from then on.
